Reprogram your Habits

You have the power to train your mind to choose what you think rather than allowing random thoughts to hold you hostage. Your goal is to become focused and inward so that you can decide what to think rather than having thoughts and emotions determined from the outside. The untrained mind has higher emotional ups and downs because it is reacting to random thoughts. Focus on what you want with excitement and enthusiasm.

Remember, just like Earth, your brain does not discern what it sows. It will work as hard to grow weeds as it does to grow flowers. Determines the seeds that are planted by what to mentally repeat to yourself.

Your subconscious does not distinguish the difference between factual or imagined reality. Focusing on what you don't want will create it as the dominant request in your experience.

So stay focused on what you want. Define yourself as the new person you chose to be. (Example: I am a perfect weight for my body and lifestyle.) If you still want to lose weight, you can say something like: I allow my body to get the perfect balance between health and vitality. Many of your beliefs have no foundation of truth; therefore, instead of promoting their purpose, they hinder success.

If you think you are destined to be overweight, below average, poor, unlucky, clumsy, you will take actions that make those thoughts a reality. None of these thoughts are really true, but thinking about them creates beliefs and images in your mind that reinforce these negative statements until they become true.

Be aware of the instructions you give your brain. Your internal dialogue, along with what you believe about situations, is how you create your emotions. Negative internal dialogue messages will cause you to give up even before you try something new. Always be aware that your words can make threatening predictions. If you say about your habit, "I can never stop it; I've been doing it for too long."

You will be programming to believe that you are too weak and powerless to overcome the habit.

These negative permissions overwhelm your ability to change your behaviors. Pay attention to yourself when you hear the issue of negative permissions and negative reinforcements.

Avoid negative conversations like, "I can't do that. I don't understand, I'll look stupid.

I am too old to learn new skills. That's how I am. There is nothing you can do. ”
Change your internal dialogue to positive reinforcement to change old behaviors (habits). A positive outlook generates more options for creative solutions.

Remember, focus on what you want.
