Frequencies and Vibrations

In spirituality the term vibration and frequency is often used, but what is the difference? Both are interconnected. Frequency is measured according to the number of vibrations per second and wavelength. A wave is a disturbance or oscillation in spacetime.

There are electromagnetic (light), mechanical, sound, and other waves.

Frequency is a physical quantity that indicates the number of occurrences of an event (cycles, turns, oscillations, etc.) within a given time interval. Long waves represent low frequencies, shorter waves are high frequencies.
This is a short explanation and just to understand the concept.

So I will divide some esoteric practices into frequency and vibration categories only symbolically, to represent the methods that involve more mechanical action or sound (vibrations) and the methods that involve more introspection and frequency elevation:

Vibration:

Sing Mantras, prayers, prayers, exorcisms, blessings (vibration by sound).

Drumming, drums, rituals.
Tibetan bowls (also emit frequencies).
Evocations and invocations, in magic.
Ritual dances.
Poltergeist phenomena.
Claraudience (capturing spirit vibrations, mediumistic hearing).

Frequencies:

Fluid therapy in Spiritism (magnetised water), holy water, baptisms.
Use of crystals (crystallotherapy).
Chromotherapy (use of colors).
Meditation (raise our personal frequency).
Reiki, or magnetic pass in spiritism (deals with energies).
Dowsing (use pendulum or rods, frequency sensitive).
Tibetan bowls.
Bach florals.
Inner Alchemy.
Telepathy (two resonant minds at a distance).
Radionics (radionics charts, radionics).
Psychotronic.
Pyramids and other radionic objects (such as amulets).
Ritualised amulets and talismans.
Instrumental Transcommunication.
EVP (electric voice phenomena).
